Anyone that chooses to be a Volunteer with our students in any capacity must have a Limited Background Check Form on file. Volunteers can include anyone that may volunteer their time in the building, classroom or at recess, chaperone field trips, have lunch with their child, volunteer at a PTO event, etc.
Limited Background Check forms expire after one year. It is recommended that all parents complete a form at the beginning of each school year.
Completed forms can be returned to the school office.
